Murakami was a freelance journalist whom was kidnapped and used as a guinea pig for the creation of Gyuot's Zoalord form. Thought to be dead after a failed attempt of retaliation, he was disposed of and managed to escaped from the clutches of Cronos. He later befriend the Guyvers and assist them in their fight against Cronos. He used a specialize hi-caliber revolver called a Zoanoid Buster which is capable of killing a lesser Zoanoid.
This is the 3rd figure from the BFC series. Initially, I wanted to skip this figure because its a pain in the ass trying to find one and it cost ALOT even for a back-in-box figure.
There are reasons why figure from the BFC series cost as much as they do now. One of their reason is their superb craftmanship. The figure is sculpted with the upmost intention of bringing the character to life. Max Factory has done a great job with the head sculpt.
Articulation wise, this figure is not as flexible as the first two release. I have a tough time trying to pose it fearing that I might break one of it's joint.
It is a simple but yet elegant. It really grows on you over time.
Even though he is only a prototype Zoalord, he posessed some very deadly attack. One of it is the hand slash attack.
I think there arent any official name for it. What Murakami did is concentrate bio-energy on his right hand and then slash downward with it. He killed a Enzyme 2 using this attack without much effort.
Another of his unnamed attack was to place his knuckle and then channel bio-energy into them. The energy in turn envelope Murakami's body (which could be a defensive move) and at the same time form energy arcs around Murakami. A Enzyme 2 who thought that Murakami was defenseless was literally shred to piece by this move.
To be honest with you. Keep clear off this line if you want to save yourself the trouble of hunting this rare figure.
Note to self: Still need to improve alot on the white balance. Still a long way to go before I can shot some great photos.

Max Factory Bio Fighter Collection #1 Guyver 3
Agito Makishima or Guyver 3 is a third-year student who attend the same high school as Sho. Without the knowledge of his friends, he is working with Kronos Japan Branch under the tutelage of his adoptive father, Genzo Makishima. No one knows his real agenda since he always kept it to himself. In the first arc of the series, he manipulate Sho into helping him in the destruction of Kronos Japan Branch.
Even though he may have activated his Unit before Oswald A. Lisker, the second Guyver, he did not openly appear in his Guyver armor until after Lisker was eliminated and thus he was dubbed "Guyver 3". Agito remains to be a thorn in the flesh for Kronos throughout the series.

Guyver 3 takes up a dark colour scheme which represent the enigmatic side of Akito. The first thing that I realize in this figure is the different joint design compare to the rest of the Guyvers. Guyver 3 has this large seamline that runs across the limb which can quite an eyesore. Max Factory has done a great job eliminating this issue in the subsequent release of the other Guyvers.
Guyver 3 comes in not 1 but 2 high frequency blade on each arm. Its kind of an overkill but it looks great on it. This is actually the first release figure which came with transparent blades. These blades were made from a transparent material which glow in the dark (luminescent). The reissue which was release later came with dark blades. I wonder why Max Factory does not follow this trend with the other 2 Guyvers.
The Guyver can conjure gravity energy using the Gravity Orb and fire it as a Gravity Cannon with devastating effect.
When all else fail. The Guyver has a final trump card. The megasmasher which is capable of incinerating any Zoanoid who stands in the blast zone.
I was surprised to receive this first release figure instead of the reissue figure. I can most probably sell this figure on a higher price and make some profit out of it but I guess I will most likely just keep it to myself. =P
