Revoltech Hokuto no Ken #023- Raoh Musou

The King of Fist is back in Hokuto Musou with a set of new attire.

Out-of-box content. I do not recall getting 2 stands for this figure. I guess that was a technical error on my part while I was taking picture for this figure.

Front view of Raoh without his cape.

Close up on Raoh. There is a slight improvement in terms of the face sculpt.

Back view of the figure.

There was a lot of folds and tones on the clothes and trinkets.

Raoh was a master of the Go no Ken (Fist of Strength).

"Tensho Honretsu".

The king bows to no one!

Raoh with the shoulder guards.

There is a slight improvement in the head sculpt.

The grinning face fits Raoh the most.

Another view of the rear of the figure with the shoulder guards.

Raoh can literally smash anyone into a pulp with his fists.

Raoh with his full attire. He looks very much like a viking lord.

The robe was made up of 3 parts which is similar to the earlier release.

This figure does not suffer the "wobbly head" effect on the previous figure which was caused by the over-sized helmet.

No one can stand against the might of Kenoh!

This figure is a lot more refined compare to the previous release. It basically puts the previous Raoh figure to shame due to the improved face sculpt, joints and design.

Revoltech Hokuto no Ken #022- Rei Musou

Rei once again make an appearance in Hokuto Musou depicting him as a Nanto warrior who wanders the wasteland in search for his sister, Airi.

Out-of-box content for this figure.

Rei is outfitted with a new look much like Kenshiro.

Close-up. There is a slight improvement in the craftsmanship of the head sculpt.

Back-view of the figure. The detail is top-notch! Observe all the folds and trinkets on the attire.

Time to flex some of these muscle.

Nanto Suichoken no Ogi, Danko Sosaiken!

Another thing which differentiate this release with the previous one is the effect parts. The effect parts give the figure motion which is something we do not see very often.

It also comes with a leg effect part but frankly, Rei does not need this.

Thought I have enough of Hokuto figures but this proves that it is not the case.

Revoltech Hokuto no Ken #021- Kenshiro Musou

When I finally thought that I have completed my Hokuto no Ken collection, Kaiyodo decided to give us a surprise by releasing Kenshiro in his Hokuto Musou or Ken's Rage incarnation. Ken's Rage, originally released in Japan as Hokuto Musou is a 3D beat 'em up for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Out-of-box content. An extra yelling head, 2 pairs of extra hand, a stand, a token, a accessory box and 3 effect part.

Kenshiro in his Musou outfit. Love the extra detail and pattern.

Front close up. The head sculpt is similar to the previous release.

Back view. The flame patterns makes the whole figure stand out from the previous release. Not to mention about the extra accessories dangling around the figure and the silver decoratives.
Enough talk! Time for some action.

Articulation on this figure is superb.

The extra effect part is fun to pose with. Here is a burning fist!

Shoryuken!!!

There is even an effect part for kicks.

Hiei Ken!

The selling point for this figure is the effect part for "Hyakurestu Ken". Atatatatatata!!!

Although it is just another Kenshiro but the extra effect part and updated attire makes it a worthwhile purchase.

Revoltech Hokuto no Ken #020- Yuria

Yuria was first introduced as the missing fiancee of Kenshiro, who was taken away by Shin. Kenshiro was told by Shin that Yuria commited suicide for she was not able to endure the cruelty and suffering which was happening all around her. Later in the series, it was revealed that she faked her death in order to escape the clutches of Raoh. She resurfaced as the Last General of the Nanto Roku Seiken and strived to lead the Nanto to unite with the Hokuto.

Out-of-box content for this figure. Better get used to the lack of accessories. :P

Front view. I was surprised that Kaiyodo decided to release a figure of a female character in a series which was dominated by male character. Once again, the head sculpt was really well done.

Back view. This is a very petite figure. It is almost half the size of the male figure. The hair was very well sculpted and it is articulated.

The figure with the robe on.

This figure comes with the helmet which was used to hide her identity.

Although she was supposed to be the last general of the Nanto Roku Seiken, she does not know any martial art. Even so, she was able to influence a lot of people using her charisma alone.

Yuria was guided by the Star of the Compassionate Mother.

Yuria with the helmet on. The helmet was really unneccessary. It might account to something if the figure comes with a set of the general's armour.

All in all, this is the first and I believe the last female figure that will grace this line of release. It is very well sculpted but unfortunately there are not much that you can do with it.
